Shipping and Returns Policy
Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused or returned to you
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use
If you have any questions before ordering, we recommend contacting us to ensure the correct size and product selection
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
We ship to select International locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, VAT, or handling charges once the parcel reaches the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Fortune Fightwear has no control over these charges and we are unable to advise the exact amount that may be payable, as customs policies vary between countries.
If applicable, your local courier or customs authority will contact you directly regarding payment before delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
If an international order is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or courier handling fees incurred by Fortune Fightwear may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. This applies to all orders placed from the UK and European Union under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Worn or used fightwear
Opened gum shields or similar hygiene-sensitive products
Custom or personalised items
To initiate a return, please contact us at team@fortunefightwear.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
All EU orders are covered by the same 14-day return window under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The same postage rules apply: we cover return costs for faulty or incorrect items; you cover return costs for change of mind.
Please note that items returned from outside the UK may be subject to UK customs checks. Mark your parcel clearly as a “Returned Goods” to avoid delays. We will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred on the return shipment.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
If your item is faulty and returned within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund including your original delivery charge. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If the fault cannot be resolved, a refund will follow.
